Realme launched two new smartphone in the flagship and semi-flagship categories with the name of Realme GT which is a flagship device at topnotch performance and second is Realme GT Master Edition which is in mid range segment. Company also launched the 1st ever laptop Realme Book Slim in the Indian market.
The realme GT come with a punch-hole camera, a triple rear camera system, an in-display fingerprint sensor. Company call it it is a performance flagship killer and the flagship camera killer is on the way. One of the Realme GT Master Edition comes with suitcase-like back design, designed by Naoto Fukasawa.
Realme GT specifications
The dual-sim handset is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G chipset and runs on Android 11 based on realmeUI 2.0 out of the box. It is features with 6.43-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) 120Hz Super AMOLED display with 20:9 aspect ratio. The display also has a 360Hz touch sampling rate and 1,000 nits of peak brightness, 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut, and protected by Corning Gorilla 5.
It has up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and upto 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Users can also expand the RAM virtually by up to 7GB.
Now comes to camera department, realme GT camera setup are normal, nothing special in the camera department because it is a “performance killer” smartphone so company focused on performance. Realme GT has a triple rear camera setup with a primary 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 sensor with an f/1.8 lens. The setup also include with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with 119-degree FoV and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. For selfie lover it has 16-megapixel punch-hole selfie shooter with an f/2.5 aperture.
The handset back with 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W SuperDart Charge fast charging. For authentication there is a in-display fingerprint sensor others sensors includes accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, magnetometer.
Connectivity option includes dual 5G (7 band) Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.

It is features with 6.43-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) Super AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 120Hz refresh rate, 100 percent DCI-Pe colour gamut, and 360Hz touch sampling rate.
GT Master Edition also has a triple camera setup at back with a primary 64-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 lens. There are 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera sensor with 119-degree FoV and an f/2.3 aperture, and a 2MP 4cm macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfie lover, there is a 32MP selfie shooter for selfies and video chats.
The power with 4,300mAh battery with 65W fast-charging support. For security and authentication it also has in-display fingerprint sensor all others necessary sensors are also available. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
The device comes with VC liquid cooling with an area of up to 1729.8mm² that is claimed to be larger and more efficient in cooling than traditional pipes.
Pricing and availability
Realme GT price starts at Rs 37,999 for the 8GB+128GB storage model and Rs 41,999 for the 12GB+256GB storage variant. The phone comes in Racing Yellow (Vegan Leather), Dashing Silver, and Dashing Blue colours and will be available via Flipkart, Realme.com and retail stores from August 25th.
Base model (6GB /128GB) of Realme GT Master Edition carrie a price tag Rs 25,999 and the availability date not mentioned. While 8GB+128GB model comes at Rs 27,999 and higher 8GB+256GB storage variant sold at Rs 29,999 via Flipkart from Aug 26th. The device comes in Voyager Grey, Luna White, and Cosmos Black colour option.
